Founder | HOA Advisor
Ajay brings 3 years of direct HOA board leadership experience, along with a background in strategic consulting, business development, capital planning, vendor management, and HOA operations. As an HOA board president, he has firsthand experience navigating major capital projects, reserve planning, special assessments, vendor negotiations, building maintenance, and the operational challenges volunteer boards face.
Joe Halla
Co-Founder | HOA Advisor
Joe brings 6 years of property management experience with a background in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, reporting, and data analytics. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Portland State University and has firsthand experience supporting the financial modeling, forecasting, property performance analysis, and turning complex financial data into actionable insights that help communities make informed decisions.
